Bio:  At the 2012 Canadian Maters Swimming Championships, in the age group category of 55-59, Mary Anne won three gold medals in the 400 metre freestyle, the 1500 metre freestyle, and the 200 metre individual medley, one silver medal in the 200 metre backstroke, and finally a bronze in the 100 metre backstroke. To add to these accomplishments, in March of that year, Mary Anne set a Canadian record in the 800 metre freestyle at the BC Provincial Masters Championships, with a time of 11:01.51.

Mary Anne has now taken on coaching Cubs with the Whitehorse Glacier Bears Swim Club and hopes to pass along her love for swimming.
