On July 24 YRF will hold their annual general meeting. YRF will review their year operationally and financially, and look forward to planning the next year and the future. They will also be voting in the board of directors for 2024/25 and establishing executive officer positions.

If you would like to add anything specific to the agenda, nominate yourself or someone to the board, or just have questions or comments, please email YRF.

WMHA will be hosting their Annual General Meeting on July 11, 2024 at 6:30 PM. The AGM will occur at the Whitehorse Curling Club.

The barbecue begins at 5:30 pm. The annual meeting begins at 7:00 pm.

Basketball Yukon is hosting their AGM on June 11, 2024 at 7 PM. The meeting will take place at the Sport Yukon Boardroom and online via Zoom. Those who wish to attend in person must email Basketball Yukon by May 31, 2024 as space in the boardroom is very limited!

The Whitehorse Women’s Hockey Association’s 2024 AGM will be held on May 28 at 6 PM. Please attend so that we can meet quorum. Attendees will receive one drink ticket and a pizza dinner. We will also hold a draw for 1/2 off registration for the 24/25 WWHA season.

We are looking for 4 new board members this year (positions are presidents, secretary, communications director, and registrar). This is a great way to give back to the league and contribute your good ideas. Board members receive half off of their league registration fees.
