Erica Sharp

Bio: Erica Sharp is a Yukon wrestler who was a member of the University of Calgary’s Dinos Wrestling Club. She was one of the first female wrestlers to represent Canada at the Senior World Championships in 1993. Over a 16-year period, Erica represented Canada at numerous international competitions. She is a nine-time Senior Canadian Champion with six top-five finishes at the Senior World Wrestling Championships, including a silver medal in 1999.

In 2007, she won a bronze medal at the Senior World Wrestling Championships. That year she also E brought home a gold medal for the Canadian women’s wrestling team at a German Grand prix tournament in Dormagen, Germany.

In 2014, Erica was inducted into the Wrestling Canada Lutte Hall of Fame.
