Dear Tennis Yukon members,
June was a little soggy, but we’re hoping for a bright and sunny July! Here is some information on what is happening at the courts this month.

2) Capital Cup Tennis Tournament

Whitehorse and Juneau face off once again in the 2014 Capital Cup Tennis Tournament taking place at the Mt. Mac Tennis Courts in Whitehorse July 11 to 13. Sign up now by emailing tennisyukon@gmail.com
A BIG thanks to Sheila Senger for volunteering to coordinate the POTLUCK DINNER on the evening of Saturday, July 12. Please contact Sheila at denshei@polarcom.com to coordinate what you would like to bring to the potluck.

3) Court Usage Schedule for July
Wondering when courts will be in use for programming this month? TY strives to only use 2 courts for programming and always have at least 2 courts available for play. Click on this link to check out our monthly calendar at JULY 2014 ONLINE CALENDAR And remember to attend the Ladies’ Night (Tuesdays) and Men’s Night (Wednesdays) to connect with new hitting partners.

4) Do we need an indoor tennis facility in Whitehorse?

5) What’s New?
Thanks to the Summer Shoe Tag and Court Improvement Fund the Mt. Mac courts now have scorekeeper signs on each court!
